With film maker Gary Tarn filming the day, my brief was to take stills. It was a glorious late summer day in the beautiful setting of Soho Farmhouse, Oxfordshire, with wonderful slow-cooked lamb, Potatoes Boulangère, heritage tomato salad, accompanied with the fantastic flavours of Leffe Beer.
